The Golden Leaf Cafe is a new restaurant in Menomonie. featuring organic and natural food and drinks. It currently features a range of Fair Trade coffee, paninis, salads and soup (Lunch only from 10 to 2).

We stopped in shortly after they opened, The restaurant was still a little rough around the edges, but had a nice selection of organic coffees and teas (we had to test drive the coffee, and were favorably impressed). We'll be back in a few more weeks to see how it is after the owners have had a chance to settle in. Recommended.
Ted's Pizza
We've been offering Menomonie's best pizza for over 30 years. Located in the heart of Menomonie's historic downtown, just a couple of blocks from UW-Stout, Ted's Pizza is proud to serve not only great pizza but a full menu as well. Stop in today and dine in our spacious dining room, or call us for takeout or to have a great meal delivered to your home or office. We are happy to accomodate large groups!

Ted's is one of the older pizza places in the area. They serve good pizza, and an assortment of sandwiches (really pretty good hot Italian subs), salads, and nicely-done Gyros.
I've also enjoyed the fish dinner and other dinners at Ted's from time to time, including their serviceable pasta entrees.
Though Ted's is not exactly gourmet fare, it's a tasty and very pleasant campus pizza shop, which is exactly what it aims to be.

This new downtown hamburger restaurant serves fresh (never frozen) 100% USDA Seasoned beef using a secret 50-year old recipe. Garage doors open to become windows, model trains run overhead, murals and a luggage for takeout meals.

Mike's Smokehouse
Mike's brings real Texas barbecue to the valley. Real barbecue, great side dishes, and a rustic western atmosphere.

I've been eating at Mike's since they first opened in their original location. The barbecue at Mike's is authentic, and consistently tasty. The barbecue is accompanied by your choice of side dishes - ignore the french fries, and get something different for a change, like their wonderful potato salad or cole slaw.
You'll never go home hungry from Mikes - the sandwich plates are ample.
Mike's also has a narrow selection of beers, wines, and recently alcoholic cider. They also have pleasant desserts.

We have a small grocery store with products for your everyday needs.
We offer soft drinks, beer, juices and dairy products of all kinds.
Our small deli restaurant has a Breakfast Menu and special for the week. A daily lunch special and a menu of burgers, fries, etc top the menu.
We offer space to eat at the deli, or to go orders.
Our area is small, but our greetings and hearts are big!
