July of 2005, by John & Marykay McIlquham. The John McIlquham family has been
growing apples for three generations in the small township of Lafayette, Chippewa
County, Wisconsin.

Aquarian Gardens
Description of Business:
Aquarian
Gardens co-owners Diana Witcher and Cari Witcher have gardened
professionally in Wisconsin and Minnesota since 1993. After an extended
apprenticeship with Liz Heywood and Kathy Ruggles of Pasque Nursery and
Garden Design, they opened Aquarian Gardens in 2000. In 2005 they
serviced over 20 garden accounts in the Menomonie and Eau Claire areas.
