Description of Business: 

The Cook-Rutledge Mansion, built in 1873 and tucked in a quiet neighborhood on the West Hill of Chippewa Falls, is fully restored and furnished. It is open to the public for tours and available to rent for weddings and other events. Guided tours are offered June-August on Thursdays-Sundays at 2 pm. Cost is $5 for adults and $1 for 18 and under. Group tours can be arranged at any time. Victorian Christmas Open House is the first weekend of December.
